Custom Products

All SLOO LAB products are made to order. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including measurements, colors, and design, before completing their purchase.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable. Full payment must be completed before production begins.

Production & Shipping

Production starts after order confirmation and successful payment. Production and shipping times are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content published by SLOO LAB are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

SLOO LAB is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including shipping carrier delays, natural events, or other exceptional circumstances.
