Return & Exchange Policy

At SLOO LAB, every product is handcrafted with great care and inspected before shipping.

Handmade Products

As each rug is made by hand, slight variations in size or appearance are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be accepted if:

• The product arrives damaged during shipping. • You receive the wrong item. • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for:

• Change of mind after delivery. • Minor handmade variations. • Damage caused by misuse after receiving the product.

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
