At SLOO LAB, we are committed to delivering premium handmade tufted rugs crafted with exceptional attention to detail. Since every product is made specifically for each customer, our return and exchange policy differs from ready-made products.
Made-to-Order Products
Every SLOO LAB product is handcrafted after your order is confirmed. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in size, color, texture, or finishing are natural and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
• The product arrives damaged during shipping. • You receive a product different from the one you ordered. • The product has a clear manufacturing defect that affects its quality or usability.
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
• Change of mind after placing or receiving the order. • Minor differences caused by the handmade production process. • Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear. • Incorrect measurements, design details, or information provided by the customer. • Custom-made products after production has started, unless the issue was caused by SLOO LAB.
Reporting an Issue
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Kindly include clear photos and a brief deion of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
